This bat is known to occassionally use structures for roosting, but its distribution in CO is limited to semiarid canyon country of western CO or similar rocky habitat in SE part of the state and does not overlap with urban areas (Fitzgerald et al. 1994).  ANPA uses bridges for night roosts in CO.
