Look Alikes: Glandular hairs on the corolla distinguish this species from its close relatives.

Flowering/Fruiting Period: Flowers mid-May-June.

Habitat: Pinyon-juniper or sagebrush-grassland communities, on sandy soil or in sandstone crevices. Elev. 5800-8800 ft.
