Look Alikes: The whorls of three leaves at each node distinguish this species.

Flowering/Fruiting Period: Collected in flower in July.

Habitat: Type specimen was collected in SW Colorado, specific habitat and elevation are unknown.

Distribution: Colorado endemic (Montezuma Co.). Species has not been collected since 1890.
