Look Alikes: The only Pyrola with white or gray-mottled leaf veins.

Flowering/Fruiting Period: June-early August/July-August.

Habitat: Cool, moist slopes and ravines, in lodgepole pine, Douglas fir, and ponderosa pine forests. Elev. 6000-9800 ft.
