Primulaceae (Primrose Family)

Look Alikes: P. incana is taller, more robust, has larger flowers, and green leaf pedicels. P. incana also has leaves, upper stem and calyx which are usually white-farinose, at least when young, and small teeth near the leaf apex.

Flowering/Fruiting Period: Flowers June-July.

Habitat: Wet meadows, streambanks, willow carrs and rich fens, on hummocks. Elev. 9000-9800 ft.
