Synonym:Gilia polyantha

Look Alikes: Not likely to be confused with any other species in same habitat.

Flowering/Fruiting Period: Late May-early August.

Habitat: Fine-textured soils derived from the Mancos Formation. On barren shale; or in ponderosa pine, pinyon-juniper or scrub oak communities. Elev. 6800-7200 ft.
