Onagraceae (Evening-Primrose Family)

Look Alikes: G. parviflora is an annual with a narrow, elongate inflorescence, flowers less than 3 mm long, and pubescent fruit.

Flowering/Fruiting Period: June-September/July-October.

Habitat: Sub-irrigated, alluvial soils of drainage bottoms surrounded by mixed grass prairie. Elev. 5800-6200 ft.
