Brassicaceae (Mustard Family)

Synonym: Eutrema penlandii

Look Alikes: Noccaea montana has obcordate fruit and long styles (1-3 mm). Draba borealis, D. cana, D. porsildii and D. lonchocarpa are pubescent.

Flowering/Fruiting Period: Late June-early July/July-August.

Habitat: Alpine tundra, rooted in mosses on stream banks and in wetlands that remain wet year-round. Elev. 12,300-13,100 ft.

Distribution: Endemic to the Mosquito Range in central Colorado (Park and Summit Cos.).
