Look Alikes: Distinguished from other taxa by its apetiolate leaves, which narrow to the base with at least some of them 3-toothed at the apex.

Flowering/Fruiting Period: Flowers late July-August.

Habitat: Steep alpine scree and talus slopes. Elev. 12,500-13,500 ft.
