Synonym: Lomatium latilobum

Look Alikes: Other species in the genus Aletes have wider leaflets.

Flowering/Fruiting Period: April/May-early June.

Habitat: Pinyon-juniper and desert shrub communities; in sandy soils derived from the Entrada Formation or the contact point of the Wingate and Chinle Formations. Elev. 5000-7000 ft.
