Click Here to download a ZIP file with our statewide species and natural community tracking lists in Microsoft Excel (XLS) and text (TXT) formats, and the metadata file that explains the ranking criteria. This file was last updated on 8/16/2007, and contains:
- A simple list of all species and natural communities that CNHP tracks.
- A list of all species and natural communities that CNHP tracks by USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle name (corresponds with the online map files available on our Free Map Layers page).
- A list of all species and natural communities that CNHP tracks by Colorado County name.
- A MS Word document describing all tracking list column definitions.

Field Data Submission Forms
If you have field data that you would like to submit to us concerning imperiled species in Colorado, download the appropriate field form(s) from the table below. Electronic update versions are ZIP files that contain MS Word files that allow the user to enter data directly into a form on a computer. Hard copy update versions are ZIP files that contain PDF format files that are meant to fill out by hand.

Using ZIP Format Files
- You must first have a ZIP program.
- If you do not have one, many are available online, and they all work well. Simply search for shareware zip programs on your favorite search engine.
- Follow the instructions on how to install the zip program.
- After the zip software is installed, just double click on the file and follow the instructions to unzip the file.
