If you have field data that you would like to submit to us concerning imperiled species in Colorado, download the appropriate field form(s) from the table below. Electronic versions are ZIP files that contain MS Word files that allow the user to enter data directly into a form on a computer. Hard copy update versions are ZIP files that contain PDF format files that are meant to fill out by hand.
